It ages in small oak barrels for 12 months and about 12 months in the bottle. It is the revival of an old family recipe.
The alcohol content of 14,5% is hardly perceived because it is fused with softness and fullness on the palate that is balanced and deep.
18-20° C – good oxygenation in the decanter is appropriate.
